Q.    Will a tax invoice be provided with all repairs.

A.    Yes


Q.    What methods of payment do you accept?

A.    Visa and Mastercard which attracts a 1% surcharge, AMEX which attracts a 4% surcharge, we do not keep record of any credit card details

        and EFT by direct bank transfer.


Q.    How long will it take to repair/service our equipment?

A.    We have a fast turnaround, however time must be allowed due to the complexity of cosmetic lasers. We will keep you informed of our

        progress.


Q.    Do you have parts in stock?

A.    Yes we do keep parts in stock for all the most likely repairs.  If we are out of stock or require additional parts, we will advise you ASAP.


Q.    How should I package my laser hand piece?

A.    We recommend packing it in its protective case that you purchased it or if not, a hard/firm box with lots of padding to ensure it cannot

        move in transit and will arrive safely.  Any equipment received in poor packaging will be investigated for damage prior to acceptance.


Q.    How do we send the equipment to you?

A.    Package the equipment as stated above and send to our workshop at 1141 Nelson Bay Road, Fern Bay NSW 2295.  We recommend

        obtaining a quote from nationalfreightmanagement.com.au for road transport or Qantas Freight if by air.


Q.    Does this service void my manufacturer warranty?

A.    Please contact your manufacturer first as this is dependant on their warranty.
