Eurolec Lasertech undertakes full service and repair for most cosmetic and medical laser equipment.


With our experienced Technicians, we can have your laser equipment back in operation in no time.

Eurolec Lasertech will service and repair your machine and hand pieces according to its manufacturer specifications.


Eurolec Lasertech is committed to keep your laser equipment up and running, so you can keep running an efficient practice and prevent costly cancellations.


We service and repair aesthetic and cosmetic laser equipment, including carrying a full range of replacement parts for:

  • Alma
  • Candela
  • Cynosure
  • Lumenis
  • Palomar
  • Zimmer
  • Cryo

We rebuild the laser head, replace flash lamps, repair laser and IPL hand pieces, repair high voltage power supply, replace optic and laser windows, and preform laser calibration.

WARRANTY POLICY

 

All repairs come with a six month warranty from the date or repair, covering the parts and labour for the work completed.

 

This warranty is invalidated by any subsequent damage sustained.

 

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

 

All laser hand pieces must be securely packaged, preferably in the manufacturer’s original box.  If this is not an option, we recommend a hard box with a lot of inside padding to ensure it arrives safely.  All hand pieces received in poor packaging will be investigated for damage prior to acceptance.

 

If your device is under manufacturer’s warranty, this warranty will be void after we repair the device unless your manufacturer’s approval is received beforehand.  No responsibility is taken by us for your warranty.

 

Eurolec Lasertech is not liable for any loss of business whilst repairing the hand piece.

 

 

ABANDONMENT POLICY


Eurolec Lasertech will hold items for 30 days after payment has been requested.  If payment is not received within 30 days from the initial request for payment, the item will be deemed abandoned.  We will notify you of this and we will recycle the item in line with the best practice of the industry.
